ONE SCARY NIGHT

Hi everyone. Remember how last week we said we were going to be publishing every Friday, well, this is us fulfilling that promise.

Before we go on however, we would like to wish you all a very Happy New Month. We pray God's protection upon you and your loved ones as we head towards the year's ends.

Now to today's article. Though we (Emma and Tobi) would like to take credit for it, i don't think Emma is this good. Tobi on the other hand could probably come up with something as good, but is too modest for his own good. As to the identity of the writer, we'll let you guess.

A stressful journey back to my abode after I spent a two week vacation with my only friend, Sledge, at Indianapolis, America. I have been living alone for over 40 years and with a disorganized life, so it was no surprise when I met a chartered accountant's room all scattered. I fell into my bed like my destiny was tied to it.  I sort of calculated the hours of sleep I will need before i resume to work the next day, pathetically, it was just one and a half. I could not think of anything other than to go into another journey where i fulfill dealings with mother nature. I deliberately closed my eyes to hasten the 'vehicle' but i discovered I had little fuel to move past nature.

I resigned to fate that she will take me to dreamland at her own convenient time. 

MASS COMM. MYSTERIES

Like the title of one of Lil Wayne's mix tapes, we are "sorry for the wait". We are sorry it took us this long to come up with something new. We were busy trying to make meaning of our lives, since ASUU has refused to call off the strike.

Before we go any further, we would like to congratulate Kessiena and Ayobami on their upcoming wedding and introduction ceremonies respectively. We love you guys and wish you all the very best.


EMMA- Ok like seriously, why are you guys getting married anyhow? Is it in vogue now? What is it with this tensioning and pressure sef? Making a brother feel all old and underachieved. I just sha hope by the time we resume we will still have single girls in our class, I can't be calling y'all Mrs dat and Mrs dis"

Tobi- What is it with this ranting? If u are so pained why not go and get married *chuckles*

Tobi- I am struggling to imagine you and marriage. You are barely past puberty. I am so sorry 4 d girl dat will get married to you.

EMMA-- Wait, you just insulted me like that?

ICONIC PERSONALITIES: WHICH ARE YOU? (2)

Apparently, it seems our  first edition was very well received- I mean, no death threats yet and the last time I checked the student records, Tobi and I are still students of Unilag mass comm.(I don’t know,I just kinda wished Tobi’s name was removed).. But, I did receive quite a few complaints from some of you who felt deliberately expunged. Now, let me explain a few things about the write-up. The article was not set out to cover every individual attributes or traits( I’m sure you know that is impossible, not with the many weird characters in our class). So, all we did was create stratums of people who share similar characters and behaviors.( shey u understand now?)*****************************

Okay Pals, today gets even more interesting, as we have compiled the final list like we promised earlier….now you should know that compiling the list has seen us introduce  four new writers. They aren’t strange to you guys and are as well very creative….please give a round of applause for YINKA, SANDRA, UJU and BUKKY( a.k.a  your mother’s mother)..sorry Bukky, I couldn’t resist..***************************************

TOBI: Emma, did u just ask them to give a round of applause? Seriously dude?

EMMA: Ogbeni, don’t start with me today, I am not in the best of moods.

TOBI:  I really don’t care, but asking them to clap seems pretty lame if you ask me.

EMMA : Shey, you will come and do the introductory speech ni?

TOBI: How is this a speech? Dude, whatever rocks your boat mehn…….guys, you can clap if you want to, and if you don’t feel like a retarded chicken afterwards, good for you.

EMMA: Lmao, like you have seen a retarded chicken before…

TOBI: Well, am seeing one right now…Infact right beside me.

EMMA: *raises eyebrow* who?

TOBI: never mind
